strategic and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO)

to lead our operations and help drive the institute to new heights.

Role Overview:

The COO will be a key member of the leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO, responsible for

overseeing daily operations, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence

across all departments. This role requires a combination of leadership, strategic vision, and operational expertise to drive growth and efficiency in a dynamic aviation training environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the institute, including flight training, classroom programs, maintenance, administration, and student services. Design, implement, and monitor operational strategies to achieve short-term and long-term organizational goals. Ensure operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards. Collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team on business strategy, growth plans, and expansion initiatives. Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure sustainable profitability. Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence. Identify operational risks and opportunities, implementing solutions to improve processes and overall institute performance. Maintain and enhance the institute's reputation for quality, safety, and student satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in senior operational or executive leadership roles; experience in aviation, education, or training institutes highly preferred. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in complex, fast-paced environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative leadership style. Deep understanding of aviation regulations, safety standards, and operational compliance. MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred.
