1. Lead the organization's operations, overseeing all divisions and ensuring efficient and effective management.
2. Manage and enhance the organization's service portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
3. Handle public relations, fostering positive relationships with stakeholders and the community.
4. Oversee the product portfolio, focusing on its maintenance, growth, and alignment with market needs.
5. Manage office operations, including financial management, personnel administration, and asset oversight.
6. Drive organizational growth by increasing funding, managing external funding portfolios, and exploring new funding opportunities.
7. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director or the Board of Directors.
8. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills; Budget and financial oversight capabilities; Familiarity with proposals, grant writing and donor communication; Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
9. Support the Director in ensuring that organisation develops a proper strategic plan and annual action plans.
10. Ensuring MIS (Management Information System) is being utilised and updated as per the need.
Reporting To: The COO will report directly to the Director and will work closely with the Director to inform and update the Board of Directors on all organizational operations.
