undertaken by the company. The role involves strategic leadership, operational control, technical oversight, cost management, and coordination with internal teams, consultants, and clients to ensure projects are completed
on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Execution
Oversee execution of
all ongoing and upcoming civil projects
across locations.
Review and approve
project plans, schedules, methodologies, and resource deployment
.
Ensure adherence to
approved drawings, technical specifications, and contract conditions
.
Monitor project progress and resolve
technical and execution challenges
.
2. Operational Management
Establish
standard operating procedures (SOPs)
for project execution.
Ensure optimum utilization of
manpower, machinery, and materials
.
Coordinate between
site teams, planning, billing, QA/QC, and procurement
departments.
Conduct regular
project review meetings
with senior engineers and project heads.
3. Technical Oversight
Provide expert technical guidance for
RCC works, pipelines, OHT/OHSR, UGT, storm water drains, roads, and allied civil works
.
Review
method statements, mix designs, construction sequences, and drawings
.
Address design coordination issues with consultants and clients.
4. Cost Control & Billing
Monitor
project budgets, cost variations, and extra items
.
Ensure timely
billing, certification, and reconciliation
.
Approve BOQs, rate analysis, and variation proposals.
5. Quality & Safety
Ensure implementation of
quality assurance and quality control systems
across projects.
Enforce
safety norms, statutory compliances, and site safety practices
.
Conduct periodic quality and safety audits.
6. Client & Stakeholder Coordination
Act as the
key technical and operational interface
with clients, authorities, and consultants.
Attend high-level meetings and resolve project-related issues.
Support management in
tenders, pre-bid meetings, and technical negotiations
.
7. Team Leadership & Development
Lead and mentor
Project Managers, Senior Engineers, Planning Engineers, and Site Teams
.
Evaluate performance and recommend training and skill development.
Build a strong execution-oriented engineering culture.
