Role:- Develop and execute a strategic plan for skills development and training programs to align with organizational goals and meet the needs of employees or learners. Identify skill gaps and training needs within the organization through assessments, surveys, and consultations with key stakeholders. Design, develop, and deliver training programs and initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees or learners, utilizing a variety of instructional methods and technologies. Collaborate with internal departments, subject matter experts, and external training providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality and relevant training programs. Establish and maintain partnerships with external organizations, industry associations, and educational institutions to leverage resources and expertise for skills development initiatives. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, collecting feedback and data to measure outcomes and make informed decisions for program improvement. Manage the budget, resources, and logistics associated with skills development and training initiatives, ensuring efficient utilization and cost-effectiveness. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in skills development and training, integrating new approaches and methodologies into program offerings. Provide guidance and support to trainers or facilitators involved in delivering training programs, promoting professional development and maintaining high standards of instructional quality. Collaborate with human resources, talent management, and organizational development teams to align skills development initiatives with career pathways, succession planning, and performance management processes.
