The Opportunity: A "Chief of Staff in Training"
This is not a traditional administrative position. We are seeking a highly ambitious, business-savvy individual to act as the strategic right-hand and force-multiplier for our Managing Director.
This role provides an unparalleled 360-degree view of our entire business, offering direct, high-level mentorship and a unique launchpad for a future leadership career. You will be a trusted partner to the MD, gaining unfiltered exposure to executive decision-making, high-level strategy, and cross-functional business operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic & Business Support (60%)
Strategic Initiatives:
Assist the MD in researching, analyzing, and preparing for new business opportunities, market entries, and strategic partnerships.
Board & Investor Relations:
Prepare high-impact presentations, reports, and dashboards for board meetings, investor calls, and executive reviews.
Data Analysis:
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to the MD.
Meeting Preparation:
Prepare detailed agendas, briefing notes, and follow-up on action items for all high-level meetings, ensuring the MD is fully prepared and efficient.
2. Special Project Management (25%)
Project Leadership:
Independently manage and drive critical, cross-functional projects assigned directly by the MD's office (e.g., new system implementation, policy roll-out, market research).
Coordination:
Act as the central point of contact, liaising with department heads (Sales, Operations, Finance, etc.) to ensure project milestones are met and aligned with the MD's vision.
3. Executive Operations & Communication (15%)
Communication Gateway:
Serve as the primary liaison for the MD's office, communicating professionally with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders.
Priority Management:
Proactively manage the MD's calendar, correspondence, and priorities, ensuring their time is allocated to the most critical business issues.
Logistics:
Oversee complex travel arrangements and executive logistics for the MD.

Education:
Currently pursuing or recently completed an
MBA (any specialization)
