The Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned and mature Business Operations & Site Enablement resource to operate as a high-impact individual contributor supporting the India Site Leader across a wide range of general management functions. This role is based in Bengaluru and offers a hybrid working model.
The successful candidate will independently drive site-level operations, multi-site coordination, leadership engagement planning, and strategic local programs such as CSR and DEI. This role requires someone who can influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, demonstrate strong ownership, and operate with professionalism, discretion, and agility.

Reporting directly to the India Site Leader, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and brings a strong generalist skillset. The Chief of Staff will play a pivotal role in supporting the Site Leader and the leadership team on high-impact initiatives, driving cross-functional programs from ideation to execution, and improving operational processes to enhance efficiency and outcomes across the organization.
Your Role
Site & Program Enablement

  • Support the India Site Leader in operationalizing strategic priorities across the Bengaluru site and other India locations.
  • Independently lead planning and execution of key site programs, ensuring high-quality delivery and stakeholder alignment.
  • Drive process improvements, track key initiatives, and manage action closures across business support functions.
Leadership Coordination
  • Manage end-to-end logistics and content for executive visits, town halls, and senior leadership engagements.
  • Act as the central point of coordination for leadership communications and internal visibility efforts.
Cross-Site Alignment
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across India sites to ensure consistency, best practice sharing, and alignment in site operations, engagement efforts, and cultural programs.
CSR, DEI & Local Initiatives
  • Design and lead local CSR activities, DEI initiatives, and community partnerships aligned with company values and impact goals.
  • Build and sustain external relationships with NGOs, vendors, and local entities.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Develop and manage internal communications that enhance employee experience and leadership visibility.
  • Partner with HR, facilities, communications, and admin teams to support seamless site operations.
What You Will Bring
  • 15+ years of experience in business operations, general management support, or site enablement roles.
  • Strong experience working in a complex, matrixed organization with multi-site exposure.
  • Proven ability to drive initiatives independently and manage cross-functional collaboration without direct authority.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal presence and maturity to interact with senior leaders and diverse teams.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced qualification preferred.
  • High integrity and discretion; professional maturity is essential.
  • Proactive and self-motivated; thrives on ownership and follow-through.
  • Influential without authority; skilled at building trust and driving alignment.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities.
How we work:
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
