This is a remote, permanent, and full-time position as per US Central timezone.
Umbrella Fund is looking for a Chief of Staff to join our innovative leadership team. In this critical role, you will partner with our executive team to shape and implement important initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and align our strategic objectives.
The Chief of Staff will serve as a key advisor and manager of high-priority projects, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all departments. Your contributions will be essential in streamlining operations and supporting the company's vision and mission.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, thriving in a fast-paced, remote work environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
Responsibilities:

• Support the CEO and other executives in executing strategic initiatives and company goals
• Oversee special projects and coordinate resources to achieve deadlines
• Facilitate communication across departments to promote collaboration
• Analyze performance metrics to provide actionable insights for improvement
• Translate executive vision into actionable plans and monitor progress
• Act as a liaison between executives and employees to encourage transparency
• Ensure that company culture and values are upheld in all initiatives and communications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Substantial experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Chief of Staff or in a similar capacity
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Data-savvy with the ability to interpret and utilize metrics for strategic decision-making
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence diverse stakeholders
• Familiarity with collaborative remote work tools and project management software
