Chief of Staff (People & Operations | Founder's Office)

We're looking for a
Chief of Staff to work closely with the Founder and leadership team across people, operations, and organizational execution. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and day-to-day functioning, ensuring that teams are supported, priorities move forward, and the company scales with structure and care.
This is a role for someone who can handle both the big picture and the small details, from team restructuring and hiring plans to payroll closure and policy clarity.This is a full-time, on-site role at our HQ in Kandivali West, Mumbai.
What you'll be responsible for
Founder & Leadership SupportWorking directly with the Founders to drive key priorities across people, operations, and internal execution
Acting as a bridge between leadership and teams -- ensuring alignment, follow-through, and clarity
Supporting organizational planning, restructuring, and role clarity as we scale
People & HR OperationsOverseeing end-to-end hiring across teams, especially for mid-to-senior roles
Supporting onboarding, team integration, and culture-building initiatives
Managing payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave processes
Owning core HR operations -- documentation, employee records, and compliance
Drafting, updating, and implementing internal policies and people frameworks
Supporting employee engagement, feedback loops, and team well-being initiatives
Process & ExecutionBuilding internal systems that improve accountability, communication, and speed
Tracking key action items, ensuring decisions turn into execution
Identifying gaps, bottlenecks, or inefficiencies across teams and proactively solving them
Supporting cross-functional projects across growth, operations, retail, and people
What we're looking for
3-7 years of experience in Founder's Office, HR Ops, People Strategy, Business Operations, or similar roles
Strong hands-on experience with payroll, hiring, attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle processes
Ability to think strategically while also executing consistently on the ground
High ownership mindset -- someone who naturally takes responsibility and drives closure
Strong people intuition and maturity in handling sensitive employee matters
Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
Excellent communication, process thinking, and organizational skills
Interest in beauty, wellness, or consumer brands is a plus

Work days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience + benefits
