Job Summary:
As the CEO's right hand, you'll drive key business initiatives across all departments. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in every aspect of a chemical manufacturing business, including sales, production, finance, and new projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with the CEO to define and drive key business initiatives. Manage new projects, from plant setup to product launches, ensuring they are executed on time and on budget.
Serve as a bridge between the CEO and department heads. Ensure effective communication and alignment across all functions to achieve company goals.
Support the CEO by reviewing financial reports and helping to prepare management information system (MIS) reports. Consolidate data from various departments to provide a holistic view of business performance.
Collaborate with the HR head on talent initiatives and employee engagement. Assist the CEO in preparing for management meetings, including drafting agendas and presentations.
Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO. Proactively jump into any area of the business to help solve problems and ensure "things get done."
Play a key role in ensuring new product development, new customers, new markets, and new factories are all executed flawlessly.
Qualifications:
Education: A bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering is required. An MBA is an advantage.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, such as management consulting or a growth-stage company.
Skills: Exceptional analytical, project management, and communication skills. Must have a high degree of discretion and integrity.
