About Spectra Televentures

Spectra Televentures is a rapidly growing player in the telecommunications and technology space, focusing on next-generation network solutions, digital infrastructure, and strategic investment in emerging technologies. We operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, driving aggressive expansion and innovation.

Role Summary

The Chief of Staff (CoS) will serve as a critical extension of the CEO/CXO, acting as an internal consultant, executor, and organizational compass. This role is highly strategic and operational, focused on maximizing the executive's effectiveness and ensuring organizational alignment on key priorities. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of high-octane experience, is analytically sharp, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Execution Support (The Strategist)

Assist the executive in setting and tracking the annual strategic priorities, OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), and KPIs across all departments. Monitor progress on key initiatives, identifying potential roadblocks and proactively escalating critical issues to the executive for timely intervention. Prepare detailed financial and operational analysis to support executive decision-making on investments, market entry, and partnership opportunities.

2. Operational Efficiency & Process Management (The Integrator)

Manage the executive meeting cadence, including preparing agendas, driving timely follow-ups, and ensuring decisions are documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders. Act as the lead program manager for mission-critical special projects that do not fall under a specific department (e.g., post-merger integration, large-scale process revamp). Streamline internal reporting mechanisms and dashboards to provide the executive with a real-time, consolidated view of organizational health.

3. Communication & Stakeholder Alignment (The Communicator)

Draft, review, and refine high-stakes internal and external communications, including board materials, investor updates, presentations, and all-hands memos. Serve as the primary liaison between the executive office and senior leadership, ensuring alignment and clear flow of information between the leadership team and the broader organization. Filter and prioritize external requests and internal demands on the executive's time, ensuring focus remains on strategic imperatives.

4. Culture & Team Initiatives (The Catalyst)

Organize and drive internal initiatives focused on culture, employee engagement, and leadership development. Represent the executive in internal and external forums, conveying the company's vision and goals effectively.
Qualifications and Skills

Experience:

3-5 years of total professional experience. Prior experience in top-tier Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, or a previous Chief of Staff/Executive Associate role in a high-growth tech or telecom company is highly preferred.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field is required. An MBA or equivalent Master's degree is a distinct advantage.

Analytical Prowess:

Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills; ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights and presentations.

Communication:

World-class written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to draft executive-level documents under tight deadlines.

Project Management:

Demonstrated success managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, exhibiting extreme attention to detail and organizational rigour.

Location:
