Requirements
Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO on strategic planning, execution of business priorities, and organizational scaling.
• Act as the primary liaison between the teams and cross-functional teams to execute strategic, technology - focused projects.
• Lead and monitor high-impact projects, ensuring alignment across teams and measurable outcomes.
• Contribute directly to technology initiatives: coding, product reviews, architecture discussions, and PoC development.
• Identify and implement innovative tools, technologies, and processes to strengthen efficiency and product outcomes.
• Represent leadership in key internal meetings and external stakeholder discussions when required.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience across technology and strategy/operations roles (startup or high-growth environments preferred).
• Strong technical expertise in software engineering, AI/ML, product development, or robotics.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering cross-functional, complex projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to seamlessly shift between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• Highly self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth setup.
