The Chief of Staff will act as a strategic enabler to the Managing Director, driving critical growth initiatives, managing cross-functional coordination, and ensuring effective execution of key projects across legal, operations, and business development fronts. This role will ensure seamless alignment between strategic vision, project milestones, and operational outcomes across real estate developments.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Growth & Strategic Projects
Coordinate and monitor
milestones
for upcoming real estate projects such as New Town, Titagarh, and Anantaa-- from pre-launch to launch stages.
Collaborate with
legal teams (internal and external)
to review, interpret, and finalize project-related documents, MoUs, and agreements.
Manage
liaison activities
with
Government departments, regulatory bodies, and landowners
to ensure timely clearances and approvals.
Prepare and deliver
investor presentations
, business decks, and periodic performance updates to support fundraising and partnership discussions.
Work with finance and strategy teams to develop
Investor Proposals
,
Project Viability Reports
, and
Feasibility Studies
, ensuring financial soundness and compliance.
B. Operations & Governance
Review and decode
Internal Audit Reports
, identify critical matters, and provide actionable insights to the Managing Director.
Monitor
site-level operations
, ensuring quality control and adherence to project timelines and standards.
Analyze and interpret
monthly financial reports
,
project reconciliations
, and other MIS reports for performance tracking.
Drive cross-functional coordination between
project, finance, legal, and operations teams
for timely execution and issue resolution.
Act as a bridge between the leadership and functional teams to ensure decisions are effectively implemented.
