Key Responsibilities :

Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure quality patient care standards Lead, supervise, and mentor nursing staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols Ensure compliance with hospital standards, accreditation requirements, and regulatory guidelines Coordinate with doctors, administrators, and other departments for seamless patient care Monitor patient care outcomes and address issues promptly

Qualifications & Requirements :

B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing Valid nursing license/registration Strong knowledge of hospital operations, nursing standards, and patient care protocols Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Ability to manage teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
