The desired candidate will be primarily trained in Chennai unit and will be deployed in other states in our associate hospital in due course of time. Should be willing to travel to Assam and West Bengal if required.

The ideal candidate should be communicative, familiar in more Southj Indian languages besides Hindi.

Clinical Governance & Quality:

Ensure high standards of nursing care across ICU, OT, Cath Lab, and wards through continuous clinical audits, infection control practices, and adherence to NABH standards.

Manpower Planning & Training:

Oversee recruitment, orientation, and skill enhancement of nurses with special focus on cardiac and critical care competencies.

Operational Leadership:

Manage daily nursing operations -- duty rosters, patient-nurse ratios, consumable usage, and interdepartmental coordination -- ensuring 24/7 service efficiency.

Patient Safety & Experience:

Drive patient-centered nursing culture through empathy, communication, and strict adherence to patient safety protocols, especially in post-surgical and high-dependency areas.

Strategic Planning & Budget Control:

Participate in hospital management decisions, optimize nursing costs, monitor attrition trends, and implement retention and motivation programs.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

M.Sc (Nursing) from a recognized institution. Additional training in Hospital Administration or Healthcare Management preferred.

Experience:

Minimum

12-15 years

of total experience with

at least 5 years in a supervisory or senior leadership role

. Prior experience in a

cardiac or tertiary care setup

Skills Required:

Strong leadership and mentoring ability. Knowledge of NABH, JCI, and quality indicators. Excellent communication, crisis management, and decision-making skills.
