Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy:
- Develop and implement brand positioning strategies.
- Define brand voice, tone, and messaging across channels.
- Marketing Leadership:
- Lead marketing teams to drive campaigns and initiatives.
- Foster a culture of creativity, data-driven decisions, and customer focus.
- Growth & Visibility:
- Drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
- Leverage digital marketing, social media, and partnerships.
- Market Insights:
- Stay updated on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors.
- Use insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaboration:
- Work with sales, product, and other teams to align marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- MBA or relevant degree; 10+ years of marketing experience.
- Proven track record of brand building and marketing leadership.
- Expertise in brand positioning and messaging.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and analytics.
