Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Define and lead

end-to-end marketing strategy

aligned with business goals. Drive

brand positioning, awareness, and market expansion

across online & offline channels. Lead the

digital marketing ecosystem

(SEO, SEM, Social Media, Paid Ads, Influencer Marketing, Email, Content). Develop

performance-driven campaigns

to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Oversee

PR, events, and partnerships

to enhance brand visibility. Manage

marketing budgets

, allocate resources, and optimize ROI. Lead and mentor a

team of marketing professionals

to deliver impactful results. Conduct

market research, consumer insights, and competitor analysis

to identify opportunities. Collaborate with

leadership & cross-functional teams

(sales, product, operations) for aligned growth strategies.

Requirements:



3+ years of proven experience

in marketing, with at least

1-2 years in a leadership role

. Strong expertise in

digital marketing, brand strategy, and growth marketing

. Demonstrated ability to

scale brands and deliver measurable business impact

. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Experience in

e-commerce / retail industry

will be a strong plus. MBA/PG in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
