About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic

Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

to lead our overall marketing, branding, and communication strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in

OTT / digital media

and proven success in driving brand growth through data-driven performance marketing, influencer collaborations, and impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the company's

marketing, branding, and communication strategy

. Conceptualize and deliver high-impact

marketing campaigns

across digital and offline channels. Manage external agencies, media partners, and creative resources. Develop and execute

influencer marketing and PR strategies

to enhance brand visibility. Drive

performance marketing initiatives

with a focus on measurable growth. Analyze marketing

KPIs and ROI

, and optimize campaigns based on data insights. Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team.

Requirements

6 - 10 years of progressive experience in

marketing leadership roles

. Proven expertise in

OTT platforms, digital media, and performance marketing

. Strong knowledge of brand building, consumer insights, and market trends. Experience managing agencies, PR, and influencer networks. Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹170,000.00 per month
