Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
Identify market opportunities, growth areas, and customer trends.
Oversee marketing budgets, resource allocation, and ROI tracking.
Lead brand positioning, product marketing, and go-to-market strategies.
2. Brand Management & Communications
Build and maintain strong brand identity across all channels.
Develop and oversee corporate communications, PR, and digital presence.
Ensure consistency in messaging and brand experience across markets.
3. Digital & Customer Engagement
Drive digital marketing, social media, and online campaign strategies.
Enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty programs.
Utilize analytics and customer insights to inform marketing decisions.
4. Sales & Revenue Enablement
Collaborate with sales and business teams to generate demand and drive revenue.
Align marketing campaigns with sales targets and product launches.
Track marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns for impact.
5. Leadership & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to achieve business goals.
Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and performance excellence.
Coordinate with other C-level executives (CEO, CFO, COO, CIO) for business alignment.
6. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Manage relationships with marketing agencies, media partners, and consultants.
Negotiate contracts, sponsorships, and campaign budgets.
Represent the company in industry forums and public events.
Qualifications & SkillsEducation:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA or advanced marketing certification preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 9-12 years of progressive marketing experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record in brand management, digital marketing, and revenue growth initiatives.
