Role Overview - Marketing Officer

As a

Marketing Officer

, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the organization's overall marketing strategy. This role requires strategic thinking, execution capability, and a strong sense of ownership. You will work closely with the leadership team to position our initiatives effectively across digital, on-ground, and partnership-driven channels.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for projects, programs, and initiatives Build and manage brand presence across digital and offline platforms Coordinate with design, content, and social media teams for campaign execution Drive outreach, visibility, and engagement for national-level initiatives Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly Represent the organization in collaborations, events, and partnerships when required

salary-based opportunity with deferred payment after 6 months
