Chief Marketing Officer

- Increase customer penetration keeping in mind the legacy of the Brand.

- Build a world class NBFC brand and help the organization achieve its vision of being the top NBFC in the country by 2025

- Build a team of marketing specialist under the leader and deliver best in the industry ROI.

- Green field project to build a brand and deliver the growth story

- Launching brand and identify architecture to increase the reach and target new segments. Rebranding all digital properties across web and social media.

- Lead on multiple cross channel brand campaigns covering TV, PR, paid search, programmatic advertising, social and broadcast media to drive brand awareness and consideration. Manage the marketing budget.

- Develop and execute a joined up digital strategy using innovative growth hacking solutions including marketing automation tools, affiliates/ partnerships, media, and messaging. Build a cohesive engagement journey across channels with full responsibility for owned, earned, bought media.

- Responsible for building and landing the social strategy which connects the brand with our core target audience inherently. Driving planning, production, and execution of all things social across channels.

- Deliver multi channel integrated marketing campaigns across channels (ATL, Digital, social media, PR) that results in greater brand infiltration and product awareness.

- Digital marketer, integrated media strategy, e-commerce, full funnel customer acquisition.

- Enables consumer journey mapping, social media, SEM, programmatic, PPC, lead gen, campaigns, TV, Print, OOH buying & planning, influencer marketing, DMP, DSP, affiliates, display, OTT, analytics, ORM & CRM.

- Responsible for brand strategy, planning & creative storytelling - Content marketing, annual marketing plan & budgeting, agency partner on-boarding, finalizing advertising concepts, creatives & media planning. Defined co-marketing programs with OEMs and brand partners.

- Portfolio Management - P&L: Social commerce, demand generation, e-retailing, owned platform excellence (SEO & tagging), pricing & forecasting, A+ content design & development, Market Intelligence, customer understanding & research: Ethno studies, consumer panels, strategic alliances & relationship management with affiliates & media houses.

- Integrate campaigns encompassing top of funnel consumer awareness by showcasing the product - led messaging across TV, social media, and affinity-led digital platforms resulting in a surge in website traffic, app downloads, and brand search terms besides improved ranking in non-brand keywords.

- Use of advanced marketing platforms including programmatic, marketing automation, Artificial Intelligence (A.I), Machine Learning (M.L), etc.

- Champion the use of market insight across teams to ensure marketing effectiveness. Driving an industry-leading framework to establish metrics-based brand marketing. Monitor the brand performance and take corrective measures when required.
