KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set marketing goals and objectives
• Plan, implement and manage marketing strategy
• Contribute to the overall growth of the company
• Review and manage content marketing strategy
• Determine KPIs for marketing department
• Keep the marketing budget in check
• Track KPIs on a regular basis and present reports
• Work with sales and development and customer success teams
• Create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy
• Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions
• Analyze company’s marketing strategy and suggest improvements
• Stay up to date with the latest technology
• Stay up to date with the latest best practices
• Design, plan and execute effective marketing campaign

DIGITAL MARKETING
? Create, implement and be accountable for the company’s marketing strategy, working closely with the Directors and team to initiate the same
? Ensure Spartan Poker’s values are maintained in all marketing communications
? Undertake, critically analyze and react to marketing research exercises as required – Identify and implement tactical marketing initiatives in response to market circumstances
? Manage and be accountable for the agreed marketing budget: Work with the Managing Director to create a PR strategy, and lead and deliver PR objectives and maintenance of the company’s website
? Manage marketing projects as directed by Management
? Overseeing the social media strategy for the company, Managing email Campaigns, Paid Campaigns,
? Leverage the use of marketing analytics to provide insights and make recommendations to reach the consumer in new ways to improve marketing ROI recommendations and overall strategies
? Website and other e-marketing communications
? Marketing collateral and publicity material
? Gather & analyze information on competitors
? Gather and analyze information on our programs/ campaigns etc for use in rankings and other forms of market analysis and support management with decision making
