. The role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to build the brand, generate leads, and drive admissions across all branches.
Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and execute 360 marketing strategies (digital, ATL&BTL) to boost student enrollment
*Run targeted lead-gen campaigns for students and parents. Manage the annual marketing budget
*Oversee SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, &website activities
*Collaborate with academic and ops teams for events: seminars, webinars, open houses, and scholarship drives
*Build outreach partnerships with schools, junior colleges, and education consultants
*Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to refine strategy
*Lead and guide the marketing team
*Ensure strong brand positioning and consistent messaging across all channels
Required Qualifications:
*Master's in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field from a premier institute
*5-8 years' experience in educational marketing, preferably in IIT-JEE/NEET segment
*Strong grasp of digital marketing tools &platforms
*Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
*Proven track record in driving admissions growth through marketing campaigns
Preferred Skills:
*Experience in managing regional campaigns across multiple locations.
*Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
