Job Description


Cureskin is an consumer-health brand that provides personalized skin & hair-fall treatments. We operate exclusively through our mobile app in India and apply advanced AI to automatically detect skin issues from photos, work with dermatologists to design personalized treatments, and dispense our own branded products (cosmeceutical + pharmaceutical).

The primary mission of the CMO is to work with the founders to improve top-of-mind consideration, awareness for brand and also drive growth by increase in orders through a comprehensive marketing strategy. You will report to the CEO, and head the functions for Brand development, Performance marketing, Social media and all GTM initiatives.

As the CMO of Cureskin you will:

- Be the custodian of the Cureskin brand and work to scale out the brand. Distill, develop and preserve the core values of the brand, and ensure that it is evangelized across the company and externally.

- Develop deep insights about customer mindset, purchasing behavior and use that to drive growth initiatives across different marketing functions in the company.

- Create a marketing strategy and plan in line with the company\'s growth and efficiency objectives.

- Design, plan, and execute effective marketing campaigns in line with the plan & determining metrics to measure campaign effectiveness

- Build brand awareness, recall and generating innovative ideas to promote the brand/product

- Create content strategies based on business objectives, category focus, and audience segment through all channels (online/offline/social)

- Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR, and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press, etc.)

- Build a highly efficient team of marketing professionals and driving effective coordination with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of marketing initiatives

- Manage the overall marketing budget, channel split and ROI across different initiatives.

What we\'re looking for:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing roles. Prior experience in brand building is a requirement.

- Be both tactical and strategic, and adjust perspective depending on the context and goals. Do not hesitate to roll-up sleeves to get things done.

- Have a keen eye for design and creative judgment and be able to bring out consistent communication in the creative-development across functions for the brand.

- Ability to translate business and consumer needs into value propositions & campaign ideas with deep consumer connect.

- Be good at understanding data and making data-driven decisions.

- Have a sound understanding of Brand metrics and other marketing metrics. And be able to link business growth to the same.

Bonus :

- Experience in Consumer Internet companies or BPC brands.

- You\'ve worked with distributed teams and are comfortable collaborating remotely with team members.
