Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 12 years of experience in finance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment banking and hands-on expertise with Zoho Books. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, developing financial strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing leadership to the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. Manage capital raising initiatives and investment strategies. Oversee financial reporting, audits, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team. Monitor financial performance and risk management. Optimize financial systems and processes using Zoho Books.

Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. Minimum 12 years of experience in finance, including investment banking. Proficient in Zoho Books and other financial tools. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
