What you'll be doing :

Your role as CMO is to establish and assure the strategy, budget, and management related to our marketing operations and perform the following activities :

- Develop and steer our marketing strategy with clear goals in mind and using qualitative and quantitative insights.

- Creation and development of marketing plan (online/offline) and budget.

- Drive business growth through performance advertising (user acquisition, boosting basket size, improving client engagement rate, etc.) across multiple channels (online and offline) and make suggestions for conversion improvement projects to maximize revenue and minimize costs.

- Develop and monitor campaign performance by channel (direct, free search, paid search, social media, associates, other) and devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).

- Define and track KPI for online and offline activities, including creating tracking (tagging) and reporting system for campaigns/platform performance (attribution, measurement, analytics).

- Manage marketing budget for a portfolio of brands (plan strategy for lead generation, retention, ROI/ROA, etc.) to meet established performance uplift expectations.

- Implement innovative and engaging multichannel and multilingual campaigns with a focus on building our brand and driving sales.

- Develop, conduct and evaluate A/B tests for creative marketing ideas. Test and optimize landing pages.

- Create influencer marketing strategy and engage with right influencers.

- Double down on marketing reach to increase new customers acquisitions velocity.

- Increase brand awareness consistently across all channels.

- Create traffic driving (high relevancy) ads (managing both copy writing and visuals) and execute continuous improvement initiatives.

- Conduct analytics on multiple sets of data to identify opportunities and draft strategic proposals to improve performance (example: customer journey review) and swiftly execute approved suggestions.

- Manage e-marketing budget and optimizing it on a daily basis in order to meet online business targets.

- Manage the relationships with external digital marketing agencies adapt and optimize creatives and conversion points.

- Analyze and report on results using Google Analytics and other internal platforms.

What you should have :

- Master's degree or equivalent.

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

- Previous experience as a Performance Marketer within retail - 5+ years.

- Strong experience in SEO + GAds + Affiliation and digital marketing.

- Excellent knowledge of Paid social, Paid Media, Affiliates and Influencer marketing - 360-degree approach.

- Proven experience in managing a marketing team.

- Have demonstrated to be able to develop a winning market strategy and successfully manage campaigns, budget, and multi-stakeholder projects.

- In-depth experience with storytelling and content-driven marketing.

- Strong knowledge in the digital field.

- Being able to identify trending marketing initiatives

- Experience managing an agency strategic mindset in developing performance plans, budgeting, and testing is a plus.

- A genuine interest in personal finance and investments is a plus.
