The Chief Marketing will be a core member of the hospital's leadership team, accountable for
brand leadership, patient acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion
. The CMGO will integrate
digital excellence, offline marketing, and strategic business development
to position Saroj Hospital as a leading super-speciality healthcare provider.
What you will do: (Key responsibilities):
Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
Define and execute the
hospital's growth and brand strategy
in alignment with the Board's vision.
Partner with business, clinical, and operations leadership to drive
footfall, occupancy, and specialty growth
.
Identify
new growth opportunities
including corporate tie-ups, insurance networks, referral partnerships, and market expansion.
Brand Equity:
Share of voice & top-of-mind recall in Delhi NCR healthcare market.
Foster use of analytics to take informed decisions and ensure deep understanding of market sizing, drivers and forecasts across the modalities and local markets.
Marketing & Brand Leadership
Strengthen Saroj Hospital's positioning as a
premium, trusted, and patient-first healthcare brand
.
Lead integrated
digital + offline campaigns
that highlight specialties, super-specialist doctors, and patient success stories.
Establish a
robust media and PR presence
to ensure the hospital is among one of the
top brands in Delhi NCR healthcare sector

Conceptualize and own Brand & Marketing strategy and positioning.
Digital First Strategy
Responsible for building brand salience leveraging social handles and offline channels. Build a
digital-first brand
that converts awareness into measurable patient footfall and revenue
Built integrated 360-degree campaigns, blending ATL, BTL, and Digital strategies to drive brand growth and customer engagement. Manage Paid, Owned and Earned media strategy (SEO & PPC)
Be a part of healthcare teams, from commissioning a new hospital - from brand launch to establishing its market presence.
Drive
online patient acquisition
through website optimization, SEO/SEM, ORM, digital campaigns, and doctor-led webinars.
Foster use of analytics to take informed decisions and ensure deep understanding of market sizing, drivers and forecasts across the modalities and local markets.
Ensure best-in-class
corporate empanelment's, TPAs, insurance partners, and government schemes
.
Establish collaborations with industry associations, wellness companies, and technology partners for sustained growth.
Revenue Growth:
% contribution of marketing & partnerships to top-line revenue.
Patient Acquisition:
Increase in OPD/IPD volumes attributable to marketing & business initiatives.
Governance & ROI Management
Build
real-time dashboards
on patient acquisition cost, marketing ROI, lead conversions, and revenue impact.
Deliver measurable results with
3-4x return on marketing & growth investments
.
Report quarterly to the Board on brand equity, growth outcomes, and competitor benchmarking.
Supports the long-term strategy development process and customer trends within the regions that may impact Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies; align GTM strategies and provide guidance to Value Delivery on how to prepare for / pre-empt trends through commercial approach.
Government Agencies & Regulators: Maintain high profile in front of regulatory bodies.
Prepare annual marketing plans and manage EBITDA and Cash Flow, successfully achieve gross revenue targets of Rs. Crores. Focus on enhancing Brand Equity Index and increasing market share by exceptional % YoY.
Qualifications and skills
MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or equivalent.
12-15 years of progressive leadership experience in hospital/healthcare marketing & growth roles.
Proven track record of scaling hospital brands, driving patient acquisition, and delivering measurable revenue growth.
Deep expertise in
digital transformation, healthcare PR, and strategic partnerships
.
Strong network with corporate HRs, TPAs, media, and healthcare influencers.
