Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead branding, advertising, digital, and communication campaigns across multiple channels.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
Drive product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to generate leads and enhance customer acquisition.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and marketing performance metrics (ROI, conversion rates, etc.).
Represent the company at key industry events, networking forums, and media interactions.
Oversee digital presence, including SEO, social media, email, paid ads, and content strategy.
Strengthen partnerships with external agencies, vendors, and media outlets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
Proven 8-12+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand management, and performance marketing.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret marketing data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience in international/global marketing campaigns is a plus.
