Designation : Chief Managing Partner. :- Manage Insurance Sales Goals Through BA: Hiring Business Partners- Developing agents through commission-based training.- Monitor each agent\'s activity plan to make sure it is being completed at the specified levels.- Update the sales management system while conducting weekly performance reviews (PRP) with the agents.- Encourage agents to enroll in the organization\'s career advancement programme.- Encourage agents to manage their customers\' cross-selling for various items using the Agent Portal CRM.Candidate Preference :- Department: Agency Channel.- Experience : 4 + Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing of BFSI/Insurance or Similar Industry.- CTC: up to 6.5 LPA + Incentive.- Good Communication Skills- Ability to convince and influence others- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship managementContact Number : 8469440077 (ref:updazz.com)
