Job Requirement

Prepare and drive the implementation of the annual Quality Control Plan for the plant.
Ensure that production quality control processes are implemented in line with agreed upon procedures and guidelines.
Responsible for the laboratory Analysis for all RM, In-process and FG.
Planning, supervision, monitor, control and co-ordination of various analytical and related functions in QC and ensure to execute All Lab Activities including dispatch.
Developing Quality Control System by monitoring incoming, In-process and final inspection procedures & control plan, records & ISO documentations.
Reviewing & updating the SOPs and methods used for analysis
Review of daily report, product testing and analysis.
Responsible for budgeting and procurement of various laboratory equipment and supplies for smooth functioning of the department.
Periodic maintenance and uptime of all the lab instruments, execute all AMC/CMC.
Collaborate with all suppliers/vendors and responsible for Running of the lab instruments.
Attained various Internal / External Audit and close the audit points.
Executing & monitoring Laboratory Quality Management System and Preparing the related documentation.
