Position CM - Senior Analyst and Delivery Head Position 1 Department Information Technology Department IT - PAS and OPS Reporting to Senthilnathan Vembudayan Reporting to 3 Location Gurgaon Location Gurgaon JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for providing deep technical and functional expertise in designing and delivering end to end high performance, scalable & flexible solutions for Policy admin systems (Ingenium and Group Asia) and responsive APIs, application & data Integration, scalable databases. He/ She would be also responsible to experiment, explore and demonstrate application of new technologies by means of conducting quick prototypes to solve business problems. Work with the direction from Solution Architect/ Enterprise Architect and co-create solutions with rest of the IT delivery teams KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: In-depth Technical and Functional lead capability of covering applications, data, and platforms. Work closely with Business teams in providing the best solutions timely. Define best practices & Guidelines for various development team on Cobol, REXX, PF Language, Java Scripts, PLSQL, APIs and CICS Review of artifacts including code, review, manage technical debt and ensure best technical quality. Conduct detailed technical design and end to end implementation without scope slippage Conduct proof of concepts on emerging technologies and help scale implementation in projects with development partners Ensure Production support including audit findings are closed within TAT and weekly/monthly review with business partner Ensure system performance and uptime Review Work closely with various business partners and other departments to create future proof solutions covering digital, automation, APIs, integration and Resource management Evaluating and implementing new frameworks, tools as part of projects Keep technology stack refreshed Provide technical expertise in solving/troubleshooting performance & other non-functional requirements OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: . To maintain a healthy working relationship with the business users and other members of the IT Team . Responsible for overall performance, cost and delivery of technology solutions Measures of Success . Alignment of IT landscape to overall vision and blueprints Faster, better, and low-cost delivery of applications via technology Compliance to Technical principles and standards including NFR\'s/VAPT SLA Compliance, RCA and defect repetition Exceptional user(internal/external) experience, automation and operational efficiency by adoption of new cutting edge technology solutions to solve business problems Trusted partnership with other departments of IT and business Team Performance, Team Feedback, Healthy working environment Customer satisfaction ratings Key competencies/skills required At least 5+ years of team lead experiences in design & development of Ingenium enhancements and rich experience on COBOL, CICS, , RDBMS, HTML and Cloud technologies Have strong ability to trouble shoot the application and interface related problems Experience in addressing scalability & performance tuning of applications End to End designing of applications with backend integration Passionate Problem Solver and \'Can do attitude\', self-driven with sound communication & articulation skills Any prior experience on PAS implementation Desired qualifications and experience: . B.E / MCA from a reputed institute . 10-14 years of strong experience of Technical Architecture with hands-on software development background . Should have architected and delivered at least 2-3 large projects in a technology organization .
