Position Summary

Subject position reports directly to the Project Head of the respective project.



This includes both "Capital and Expense projects" of "Transmission Grid" which entails Construction of transmission lines, sub-stations, and execution of Smart Grid solutions

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Cross-Functional Collaboration to Align Functional/Project Plans with Overall AOP

Strategic Alignment Stakeholder Engagement Clear Communication Channels:

Monitor Portfolio/Project Progress (Time, Cost, Quality, Risk)

Performance Tracking: Risk Management Comprehensive Reporting:

Prepare MIS/Presentations for CEO/MD/Chairman Review

Executive Reporting: Presentation Skills: Stakeholder Communication:.

Identify Operational Risks, Ensure Compliance, and Manage Crises

Crisis Management: Regulatory Compliance:. Risk Assessment:

Identify Process Inefficiencies and Drive Process Improvement

Process Analysis: Continuous Improvement: Innovation:
