Managing Business Revenues

Handle Key Accounts for the Company for Rewards, eStores, and Loyalty Programs

Driving Sales through pitching new platforms to existing customers and new customers

Grow Business from Existing and New Clients through upselling and cross-selling

Managing Platform Updation

Act as a liaison between the sales team and the development team for platform related technical updates , improvements

Key Task is to make the platform better for business

'Managing team of 2 Platform Admin Ops team

Ensuring all reports of the platform are upto date

Coordinating with developers to improve product features, develop new features, handle troubleshootingKey Responsibilities

Pitching our Platform to new Clients and generating leads and closing the same with management

Introducing New Features in Platform

Proactively suggesting new improvements in the platform

Converting customer pain areas into new developments

Coordinating with tech team in developing the same

Skills

4-8 years of relevant experience in Key Account Management, In b2B Loyalty, Rewards Management or software sales / Gifting Business

Fluent with technology, Ai and other new age skills. Should be able to converse for the same

Good Interpersonal, Communication & team skill.

Comfortable with numbers and technology.

Disciplined and HardWorking

Knowledge of Excel and PPT must

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
