A very reputed Hyderabad based NBFC is hiring
Merchant Acquisition Manager
Grade : Chief Manager
CTC upto 30lpa
Experience in Fintech industry will be preferred
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- New merchant acquisitions and developing merchant relationships - Set up new product design - Propose sale strategies for on board merchant.
- Involved in the implementation of strategic plans for new program requirements and design solutions for acquiring, growing, and retaining business.
- Getting new B2C and B2B merchant signed up cross identified use-cases as per national strategy.
- Hunt for new alliances, partner onboarding, drive business and subsequently manage operations and daily business interactions as for partnerships.
- Increase Merchant Transaction levels.
- Increase Merchant activation levels.
- Manage Merchant Communication for Services and Campaigns
- Minimise Merchant transaction risk to Bank.
- Deliver revenue and Profitability targets through Merchant channel tie ups.
- Ensure compliance and audit requirements are met for Merchants.
DESIRED PROFILE:
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: 10-15 years of experience in in Payments space with exposure to Merchant Acquisition.
Qualification: Any Postgraduate or MBA.
