Contract Drafting and Review (

Drafting, reviewing, and vetting a wide range of contracts including):

Supply and service contracts

EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) agreements

+

O&M (Operations & Maintenance) agreements.

+

Tender and bidding documents.

+

HR & admin-related service contracts

+

Transmission and utility contracts

+

International contracts, NDAs, MOUs, standard T&Cs etc.

+

Financing contracts

2. Legal Opinions

3. Land and Title Due Diligence

4. Bid Review and Support

5. Negotiation and Finalization
