Partner with the executive team to shape organizational design and workforce planning.
Drive leadership development and succession planning to ensure future-ready talent pipelines.
Implement diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across all levels of the organization.
Oversee HR policies, compliance, and employee well-being programs.
Use HR analytics and data insights to guide decision-making and measure effectiveness.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leaders on people-related strategies and issues.
