Key Responsibilities1. Strategic HR Leadership & Culture Building
Align HR strategy with company's global export and manufacturing growth goals
Act as a cultural bridge between promoters and employees
Preserve and strengthen the organization's close-knit, family-driven work culture
Provide HR analytics and MIS to leadership for workforce productivity and cost optimization
2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management
Lead senior and leadership-level hiring personally
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for:
White-collar professionals (corporate, sales, engineering)
Permanent blue-collar manufacturing workforce
Contractual and temporary labour for production flexibility
3. Compliance & Industrial Relations
Ensure 100% compliance with:
Code on Wages, 2019
Industrial Relations Code, 2020
Social Security Code, 2020
Occupational Safety, Health & Working Conditions Code, 2020
Handle employee grievances and industrial relations within Vadodara district
Manage unionized and non-unionized workforce environments
4. Performance & Talent Development
Oversee performance management systems
Drive training, development, succession planning across plant and office
Identify leadership and skill gaps proactively
5. Compensation & Benefits
Design, manage, and optimize compensation structures
Conduct market benchmarking for senior-level (10+ LPA) roles
Ensure competitive and compliant pay practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
Experience:
core HR: 10 years (Preferred)
senior leadership role: 5 years (Preferred)
Pharmaceuticals or Medical Devices manufacturing setup: 1 year (Preferred)
Indian New Labour Codes: 1 year (Preferred)
both white-collar and blue-collar workforces: 1 year (Preferred)
