Position Title

Chief Manager - Finance controller - Operational projects

Position Summary

• To handle all finance related activities of operational portfolio of ~3.8 GW.
• Ownership of RE BU MIS reporting ensuring accurate and timely report-out

Position Demands

Total 8+ years of experience of which minimum 3 years of experience in renewable industry to handle operational portfolio. Experience should include working on budgetary controls processes, consolidation accounting and some level of ownership of her/his activities. The candidate should have \xe2\x80\x9ccontinuous process improvement\xe2\x80\x9d mindset. CA/MBA experienced in business financee, controllership. The candidate should have the drive and energy to drive change and willing to learn new things and should be flexible to support the larger team as required

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

To handle operational portfolio of ~3.8 GW :

• Formulation of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) & finalization of project wise revenue & cost targets. & expenditure, EBITDA & PAT numbers.
• Working closely with the Financial reporting team for interim and final statutory audit
• Providing necessary MIS to the FP&A team for internal management & external investors reviews
• Coordination with project finance team for lender\xe2\x80\x99s compliance and covenants testing. Accounting & MIS
• The individual is expected to work very closely with the team to drive proper usage of chart of accounts to ensure cost is being budgeted and booked in the right place \xe2\x80\x93 department and nature.
• Ownership of BU MIS reporting ensuring accurate and timely report-out in adherence to the guidelines

Industries account for over 30% of total carbon emissions. In the medium-term, Serentica aims to install 5000MW of carbon-free generation capacity coupled with different storage technologies. Eventually, it aims to supply over 15 billion units of clean energy annually and displace 20 million tonnes of CO2 emissions.
