Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Preparation and maintenance of Monthly Standalone and consolidated financial statements for the organization including its subsidiaries
Managing large capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects.
Develop and maintain system for prompt and timely maintenance of financial and accounting information incorporating changes on account of latest developments in accounting standards
Preparation of standalone/Consolidated accounts after incorporating 30-40 subsidiaries (including some foreign subsidiaries) every quarter and complying with requirements of:
+ Listing Obligations (earlier Clause 41 of the listing agreements) with stock exchanges
+ Companies Act (Including Schedule III)
+ Ind AS/Accounting Standards/other IGAAP Liaison with actuary/units for actuarial valuation of employee benefits e.g. Gratuity, EL, ML and LSA
Compliance with MSME Act
Monthly analysis of trial balance and P&L variations for different businesses across the organization.
Close Coordination with Statutory auditors to ensure timely closing of audit and resolve audit observations
Monitor posting of INDAS adjustment in SAP on monthly basis
Accounting Policy Formulation. Well versed with INDAS and ensuring Caro Compliance
Prepare quarterly board deck along with detailed variance analysis
Cross functional coordination on regular requirements.
Hands on experience of SAP accounting software.
