We are seeking an experienced Chief Manager Engineering Services to lead engineering operations, ensure regulatory compliance, drive strategic initiatives, and strengthen the organization's technical capabilities. The role requires strong leadership, in-depth aviation engineering knowledge, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams while maintaining high standards of safety and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
Support aircraft selection, acquisition, and retirement, ensuring alignment with operational requirements.
Identify and implement new technologies, tools, and engineering processes to enhance departmental efficiency.
Lead recruitment, development, and performance management of engineering teams, including mentoring and capability building.
Identify safety hazards, manage operational risks, and implement mitigation strategies for maintenance and repair activities.
Provide strategic direction and manage execution/prioritization of engineering tasks in line with organizational goals.
Coordinate effectively across internal and external stakeholders, regulatory authorities, vendors, and suppliers.
Ensure continuous adherence to aviation safety standards, regulatory compliance requirements, and engineering best practices.
Oversee third-party vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of quality services and materials.
Handle additional projects or responsibilities assigned by leadership from time to time. Skills & Competencies

Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Avionics Engineering,
OR Aircraft Maintenance Engineer qualification with valid DGCA license
Minimum 10 years of experience in aircraft engineering services or maintenance
Minimum 5 years in a leadership role
Strong understanding of aviation safety standards, regulations, and industry practices
