Respond and attend to guest repair requests

. Communicate with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues. Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.

This person will be called upon to make repairs to guest room and public spaces as necessary including but not limited to kitchen, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairsHave some knowledge of Electrical/Plumbing/HVACPerform maintenance and repairs for assigned area of expertise such as the interior and exterior of buildings, hotel rooms and contents, laundry and kitchen/refrigeration equipment, lighting, heating, air conditioning (HVAC), ventilation, and water treatment systems, and swimming pool-if applicableTo undertake plumbing, painting, decorating, carpentry and minor electrical and mechanical engineering work as necessary to maintain safe and efficient systems within the hotelPerform Preventive Maintenance work ordersOperate and understand basic television system, plumbing systems and electrical systems through the hotelOperate and maintain kitchen equipment, laundry equipment and HVAC systems through out the hotelKeeps systems maintained and operational by performing routine maintenance on building equipment, HVAC, wiring and lighting, repairing or replacing broken or defective parts and fixtures, performing preventative maintenance services on all systems and equipment, and identifying and correcting defective or damaged systems assisting with any other maintenance needs at the building as neededPerforming routine preventive maintenance on guest rooms and building equipment, repairing or replacing broken or defective parts and fixtures, performing preventative maintenance services on systems and equipment, assisting with any other maintenance needs at the building as neededPerform routine maintenance such as painting, carpet/floor cleaning, caulking

Have a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills Be immaculately groomed and exceptionally well presented Display a confident, professional and welcoming personality Be able to work comfortably and calmly under pressure Have previous experience in an Engineering team in luxury properties Have worked in an Engineering role previously Be computer literate to check work orders and update our Engineering system Report to work on time and adhere to posted shift schedule Must wear appropriate uniform and maintain personal cleanliness Responsible for daily checklists

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
