We are looking for a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) who will be a co-founding member of our company. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing information security policies and procedures to protect the companys information assets. As a CISO, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a robust cybersecurity program that meets regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement information security policies and procedures

• Create and maintain a cybersecurity program that includes risk management, security awareness training, incident response, and disaster recovery

• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with regulations and standards

• Manage a team of security professionals to ensure the protection of the companys information assets

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that security requirements are integrated into new products and services

• Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, law enforcement, and industry associations

• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies to ensure that the companys cybersecurity program remains effective

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in computer science, information security, or a related field

• Proven experience as a CISO or a similar leadership role

• Strong knowledge of information security best practices, standards, and regulations

• Excellent leadership and management skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans

• Experience with risk management and incident response

• Knowledge of cloud security and emerging technologies
