Role Overview
The Chief Information Officer (CIO) will lead the company's digital transformation across the entire manufacturing value chain -- from engineering design and product development to supply chain, production, sales, after-sales service, and customer support.
This role includes defining and executing an enterprise-wide IT & OT strategy, integrating key platforms such as PLM, ERP, MES, Industrial IoT, CRM, and Field Service Management into a unified digital backbone that enhances operational efficiency and business performance.
Qualifications
15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing, OEM, or heavy equipment industries.
Proven expertise in ERP, PLM, MES, and digital factory solutions.
