Key Responsibilities1. IT Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute the company's IT and digital strategy aligned with business objectives.
Identify technology trends and opportunities that can enhance business performance.
Oversee IT budgeting, resource allocation, and investment planning.
Evaluate, select, and implement enterprise systems and software solutions.
2. Technology & Infrastructure Management
Manage enterprise IT infrastructure, applications, networks, and cybersecurity.
Ensure availability, reliability, and scalability of IT systems.
Lead cloud adoption, digital transformation, and enterprise architecture initiatives.
Oversee IT service management, support, and maintenance.
3. Information Security & Risk Management
Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, standards, and controls.
Monitor compliance with IT-related regulatory requirements.
Conduct risk assessments and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
4. Innovation & Digital Transformation
Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI, ML, IoT, automation) to optimize processes.
Lead data analytics, business intelligence, and AI-driven insights initiatives.
Collaborate with business units to leverage technology for new revenue streams or operational efficiencies.
5. Leadership & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and develop IT teams to ensure high performance.
Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
Coordinate with other C-level executives (CEO, CFO, COO, CMO) to align IT initiatives with business priorities.
6. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Manage relationships with technology vendors, consultants, and service providers.
Negotiate contracts, service-level agreements (SLAs), and licensing arrangements.
Serve as the primary liaison between IT and other departments or external partners.
Qualifications & SkillsEducation:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
MBA or advanced executive programs in IT or management preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 7-10 of progressive IT leadership experience, including 5+ years in a senior executive role.
Proven track record in IT strategy, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
Core Skills:
Strong business acumen and understanding of how technology drives business outcomes.
Expertise in IT governance, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and emerging technologies.
