Job Title: Executive Assistant to CHRO
Location: Mumbai
Grade/Level: Manager
Reporting: Chief Human Resources Officer
Position Summary
The Executive Assistant will work closely with the Chief Human Resources Officer to understand
strategic priorities and business objectives, providing high-level administrative and analytical
support to drive organizational effectiveness and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Support & Project Management
Assist in managing key projects and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to
ensure successful execution
Track project milestones and deliverables, reporting progress to the CHRO
Support strategic planning processes and organizational development initiatives
Communication & Stakeholder Management
Draft and review business correspondence, presentations, and proposals
Act as a liaison between the CHRO and internal/external stakeholders, cultivating positive
relationships
Manage communication flow and ensure timely response to critical matters

Analyze relevant business data, trends, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization Prepare analytical reports and dashboards to aid in strategic decision-making Monitor HR KPIs and provide insights on organizational performance Meeting Management & Coordination Facilitate and participate in meetings with a focus on driving business outcomes Ensure meetings are productive and action items are followed up on Coordinate executive calendar and prioritize commitments effectively Required Qualifications Education MBA in Human Resources from a premier business school Experience 7-15 years of progressive experience in executive support, human resources, or related business functions Proven track record of supporting C-level executives in complex organizational environments Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration Skills & Competencies Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Proficiency in data analysis and report preparation Advanced skills in presentation software and business applications Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Strong organizational and time management skills Stakeholder management and relationship-building expertise
