Coverage: Manufacturing plants, R&D centers, commercial and corporate functions
Stakeholder interface: India Leadership Team, APAC HR leadership, global HR COEs
Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership
Act as a trusted advisor to the India leadership team on people strategy and organizational effectiveness
Translate global and APAC HR strategy into effective India execution
Drive workforce planning, organizational design, and leadership succession
Talent & Organization Development
Oversee talent acquisition for leadership and critical roles
Lead performance management, leadership development, and succession planning
Build strong internal talent pipelines and future-ready capabilities
Manufacturing HR & Industrial Relations
Lead HR for multi-site manufacturing operations
Ensure strong compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and statutory requirements
Maintain mature industrial relations frameworks and manage workforce risks
Culture, Governance & Compliance
Champion organization//'s values, ethics, and compliance culture
Ensure HR policies and practices align with global standards and local regulations
Support audits, governance reviews, and risk mitigation initiatives
Stakeholder & Change Management
Partner closely with APAC and global HR leaders in a matrix environment
Lead HR aspects of transformation, restructuring, or growth initiatives
Drive employee engagement and change management programs
Ideal Candidate Profile

Currently operating at
CHRO / Enterprise HR Head level
(or equivalent), with the capacity to provide
long-term leadership continuity
Experience in
global manufacturing multinational organizations
Demonstrated
career stability
with meaningful tenure in leadership roles
Proven ability to operate in
matrixed, globally governed environments
Strong exposure to manufacturing HR, compliance, and workforce management
* Background in
Chemicals, FMCG, Pharma, or Industrial Manufacturing
