: Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
Position Overview:
The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) is responsible for leading the human resources strategy, ensuring the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent while fostering a positive work culture. The CHRO works closely with the executive team to ali gn HR initiatives with business goals, drive organizational effectiveness, and maintain compliance with labo u r laws and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Strategy & Leadership:

Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning efforts.
Drive a culture of innovation, inclusion, and employee engagement.
2. Talent Acquisition & Management:
Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Implement on boarding, training, and development programs.
Design and manage performance management systems to enhance productivity.
3. Compensation & Benefits:
Develop competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.
Optimize payroll, incentive structures, and rewards programs.
4. Employee Relations & Culture Development:
Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes diversity and inclusion.
Address employee concerns and enhance workplace satisfaction.
Implement HR policies and conflict resolution mechanisms.
5. Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with labo u r laws, safety regulations, and ethical HR practices.
Develop and implement policies for risk management and workplace safety.
Manage employee relations, grievances, and legal matters effectively.
6. Learning & Development:
Establish training programs to up
skill employees and leadership teams.
Drive career development initiatives and succession planning.
Encourage continuous learning and leadership growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Age: 35+ with 10+ years of HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role
in
real estate .
Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR technology, and organizational development.
Proven track record of building high - performing HR teams.
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
Must be keen in building the team from scratch
apart from su pervision
Must be ready to accept additional responsibility given by Managing Director from time - to - time
