Reports to: Founder/CEO

Role Purpose: Build people strategy, culture, and HR systems for scale.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

Design hiring plan and performance systems. Build Mentor's culture of innovation and mentorship. Manage training and faculty development.
KPIs:

Retention >85%. Time-to-hire <45 days. Engagement score >80%.
Skills: Talent strategy, HR systems, culture building.

Qualifications: MBA (HR).

Experience: 12-15 years in HR leadership.
