Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Manager to lead and oversee day-to-day hotel operations.
The role involves managing multiple departments, ensuring high service standards, and driving operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, operational insight, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate activities across all major hotel departments: Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Maintenance, and Security

• Ensure consistent delivery of excellent guest service in line with brand standards

• Monitor and manage budgets, P&L statements, and cost control initiatives

• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests promptly and effectively

• Drive revenue generation strategies in coordination with Sales & Marketing

• Ensure full compliance with safety, hygiene, and statutory regulations (e.g., fire safety, FSSAI, labor laws) Preferred Background:

• Minimum 2 years of Experience in managing 4-star or 5-star hotel properties o Certification in hospitality leadership or Six Sigma is a plus
