Chief Growth & Operations Officer - Digital
We're looking for a dynamic leader to scale our digital services. The role combines operational excellence with active new business leadership.
What you'll do
Drive operational efficiency across creative, strategy, digital, media & client servicing
Lead active client acquisition, identify opportunities, and drive pitches
Build new capabilities in AI, performance marketing, content, and tech
Strengthen delivery quality, productivity, and team performance
Implement modern tools, systems, and processes for scalable growth
You must have
10-12 years in advertising with exposure in digital agencies of not less than 4 years
Strong operational, business growth, and team leadership expertise & experience
Understanding of digital + tech trends
Ability to build, manage, and scale cross-functional teams
