Role Overview
We are hiring a Head of Strategy & Growth to lead the complete business growth engine -- spanning strategy, digital marketing, performance, sales, team leadership, and process optimization. The ideal candidate is a doer-strategist who knows how to lead teams, build systems, and scale revenue using smart execution.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Planning
Define short-term execution sprints and long-term revenue strategy
Launch new verticals: B2B, Retail, Export, Subscription, and Franchise Models
Build growth playbooks and brand positioning frameworks
Financial Oversight & Profitability
Own brand-wise P&L, budget tracking, and ROI targets
Analyze CAC, AOV, LTV, RTO %, and contribution margin
Align sales, finance, ops & marketing around performance KPIs
Marketing & Acquisition Channels
Lead Meta & Google Ads strategy, testing, optimization, and reporting
Oversee WhatsApp, Email automation, CRM (Interakt, Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
Improve conversions, repeat rates, website funnel, and LTV
E-Commerce & Marketplace Expansion
Drive growth across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, 1mg, JioMart
Oversee ad budgets, product ranking, review generation & inventory sync
Collaborate with ops for dispatch speed and courier delivery ratio
Team & Cross-Department Leadership
Manage teams across Gurgaon (Marketing), Gohana (Logistics), Kurukshetra (Calling)
Set OKRs for ads, CRM, content, and logistics units
Coordinate hiring, training, and performance reviews
Compliance & Legal Coordination
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, Legal Metrology, GST, AYUSH, and data laws
Liaise with CA, legal, and vendor teams for smooth regulatory management
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Marketing, or Operations (MBA preferred)
7+ years in D2C/FMCG/Ayurveda brand growth, preferably in scaling roles
Proficient in Shopify, GA4, Meta Ads, WhatsApp CRM, Zoho, Trello, Notion
Deep understanding of D2C funnel, unit economics, and performance metrics
Strategic thinker, executor, team builder, and results-driven leader

Pay: ₹960,000.00 - ₹1,440,000.00 per month
